Overview
Infrastructure is committed to supporting the construction industry and we want to know about the following types of issues:
- Federal or provincial policies, laws, standards or processes causing delays during construction.
- Process issues creating construction delays.
The information collected will be used for the purpose of tracking trends, identifying sources of delay and resolving issues.

Submission of a report form does not constitute knowledge, service or notice of any dispute, claim or any other process under a specific contract between a party submitting a report form and the Province, nor a waiver or amendment of any contractual terms.
The report form is solely intended to be used for general suggestions on how the Province can improve legislation, police or practices to reduce delays in delivering infrastructure projects. The report form is not intended to be used to submit any confidential information obtained or held by, or in any way related to, a party to a contract with the Province. All notices required to be given under an existing contract with the Province must be provided and served as specified in that contract. Further, a submission of a report form does not constitute notice or service as required under legislation, including but not limited to, notice required under the Public Works Act, Arbitration Act or the Alberta Rules of Court.
