Subdivision and Development Appeal Board Training

Each municipality has a Subdivision and Development Appeal Board (SDAB) that hears appeals from municipal subdivision and development authorities. SDAB decisions shape the community and affect the lives of developers, neighbours, citizens and businesses. It is important that the public have confidence in the quality of these decisions and the decision-making process.

See the 2015 SDAB Manual and Fact Sheets.

For more information on training or the material contained in the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board Manual, please call the Municipal Services Branch (780-427-2225 toll free 310-0000) and ask for a Planning Advisor.
