Overview
Public notices provide official information about proposed all-season resort projects. Notices are posted for a minimum of 30 days following the submission of an all-season resort disposition application. During this time, Albertans can review project details and provide feedback. When the public notice period for an all-season resort application is live, details will be available in the table below.

How is feedback considered
All feedback relevant to the application will be considered prior to decision.
A summary of the input received will be posted on the All-season resorts – Public notice page following the public notice period for each application. All feedback submitted through the public notice process will be considered part of the public record.
Feedback received through the public notice period will be provided to the applicant. The applicant will be required to demonstrate how relevant concerns have been addressed in their application.
