Jackson is a 14-year-old boy.

Photo of Jackson

Jackson, born in 2011, is an exceptional, engaging and active young person who likes to stay busy. He has a multitude of interests, from agriculture, farming, and mechanics, to sporting activities such as biking, hockey and golf. Jackson is a quintessential country boy with his love of country music, cowboy boots, farm life and horseback riding. Jackson is known to be a laidback, respectful and likeable young person. He connects well with both peers and adults, and cares very much about the wellbeing of those he is close to.

At school, Jackson is in a regular school program where he feels he is meeting expectations and is doing well. Science, hanging out with friends and all things physical education and extra-curricular sports are enjoyable to him. Language arts and math are less appealing, but with a little extra time and support he soldiers on! As the friendly, responsible, and kind person he is known to be, he does well socially and is well-liked by the school community.

Jackson’s preference would be for an active and outdoorsy, two parent family that would support his involvement in sports. As living rurally is his ideal, a family that farms would appeal to him particularly. He enjoys a busy household and the presence of either younger or older children would be welcome. Jackson maintains close connections with birth family and support for these relationships being maintained is essential to his wellbeing. The family able to offer this appealing and easy-going teenager stability, support, affection, and patience as he navigates adolescence and entry into young adulthood, will see him thrive.
