LABOUR RELATIONS CODE (section 8); ALBERTA PUBLIC AGENCIES GOVERNANCE ACT (section 14) -  Effective May 1, 2026, reappoints William J. Johnson, K.C., as a member of the Labour Relations Board and redesignates him as a vice-chair of the Labour Relations Board for a term to expire on April 30, 2027; effective May 1, 2026, reappoints 13 persons as members of the Labour Relations Board, each for a term to expire on April 30, 2029; effective August 1, 2026, reappoints Gordon Nekolaichuk as a member and redesignates him as a vice-chair of the Labour Relations Board for a term to expire on April 30, 2031; effective November 20, 2026, reappoints Ian Smith as a member and redesignates him as a vice-chair of the Labour Relations Board for a term to expire on April 30, 2029; appoints Bill Begemann as a member of the Labour Relations Board for a further term to expire on April 10, 2029.
