Chloe, born in 2014, is a bright, engaging and cheerful young girl who brings enthusiasm to everything she does. She enjoys calm, quiet moments, but she also loves to have fun, try new things and challenge herself. Chloe is a hardworking child who approaches tasks with pride and determination, and she often shines when given opportunities to help others or take on small leadership roles. She brings a remarkable work ethic to everything she does, whether she’s completing school assignments, helping at home, mastering a new skill or keeping her room tidy and organized.
Like many children her age, Chloe has favorite activities she gravitates toward, but she is also discovering the joy of stepping outside her comfort zone. Whether she’s watching a live hockey game for the first time or giving rock climbing a try, Chloe approaches new experiences with curiosity and excitement. She is naturally inquisitive and loves to understand what’s going on around her, which contributes to her thoughtful and observant nature. Her interests are wide-ranging – she loves reading ‘Dogman’, swimming, watching movies like ‘Madagascar’, enjoying a Boston crème donut and engaging in a competitive game of Connect 4.
In school, Chloe learns through adapted programming that provides material at a pace and level that best support her strengths. Breaking her work into smaller, manageable steps and reducing the workload helps her stay focused and successful. She thrives with one‑on‑one support, which allows her to build confidence and fully participate. Her teachers describe her as an excellent student who puts in tremendous effort, and Chloe is proud of her hard work. Feeling included is extremely important to her and she loves being involved in the same activities as her peers.
Chloe will adapt best within a loving, 2‑parent adoptive home where she is the youngest child. She responds well to consistent routines, clear boundaries and warm, steady support. What she hopes for most is a family with time to spend with her – one that shares her interests, stays engaged in her day‑to‑day life and perhaps even has animals, as caring for pets brings her joy and comfort. Access to specialized supports now or in the future would help ensure she continues to grow and reach her full potential and maintaining connections to the important people in her life is a must!
