Overview
The Employment and Training Services Directory lists free employment and training programs available through Alberta's government and the Government of Canada. Programs are delivered in person or online through government funded agencies in communities across the province to help unemployed and underemployed Albertans access skill training for a new career as well as connect to a job.
The directory is organized alphabetically by community and includes filters to refine your search. If you are unable to find your community, enter it in the keyword search to find nearby programs. Information is updated regularly and may change without notice or not include all available programs. For more program information, contact the service provider directly.
Supports for Employers
Alberta employers can also access services through providers to help meet hiring needs and connect with skilled workers. Selecting “Employer” as a search filter will display a list of available services. See the WorkFirst Alberta Employer Toolkit for additional resources and information.
