The Slims Creek Fire (PWF050), in the vicinity of Twin Lakes has grown. Active fire areas continue to spread in the northwest and southeast corners. Minimal rain, temperatures and wind conditions affirm that wildfire season remains active in the County.

Area: This Alert is for everyone in the Hawkhills area.

Affected areas (1):

• Northern Lights No. 22

Action to take:

• Everyone in the Hawk Hills area should stay prepared for an evacuation in case this situation deteriorates
• Keep medication and documents on hand and be prepared to move pets and livestock if necessary
• Stay tuned to local media, County website and facebook for updates
