Description: This is an Alberta Emergency Alert. The MD of Opportunity No. 17 has updated it's wildfire alert.

There is a wildfire threatening Red Earth Creek. The mandatory evacuation order for the entire community remains in effect. No unauthorized personnel are allowed to return at this time.

Area: The Evacuation Order is still in effect for everyone in the Hamlet of Red Earth Creek.

Affected areas (1):

• Opportunity No. 17

Action to take:

• Everyone in the community of Red Earth Creek must remain evacuated
• There is no timeline for re-entry
• Everyone evacuated from the impacted area should go to the Baytex Energy Center in Peace River, 9810 73 Avenue for registration and further instructions
• The fire near Highway 88 has crossed the Highway, leading to the closure of Highway 88 between Highway 754 and Highway 750
