Area: This evacuation order remains in place for everyone in the area between south of Township Road 540 and north of Township Road 534, and east of Range Road 221 and west of Range Road 215. This includes Pleasant View Estates and Newton Estates.
Description: Although fire conditions have stabilized, it remains volatile and extremely smoky in the area. Crews will remain on scene throughout the night.
Instruction: The recent evacuation order remains in place. The reception centre is set up at Strathcona County Community Centre in Sherwood Park, at 401 Festival Lane, and will remain open through the night.
