Description: The 12 hour Evacuation Alert that has been in place since Tuesday June 4th has been lifted as of 9:45 A.M on June 7th.
Officials stated that rain that the Slave Lake Region received over the last 48 hours has helped fire hazard at the south end of the McMillan Wildfire, that is burning 32.8 kms north east of Slave Lake.
