Description: Alberta Emergency Alert - Wildfire Alert Updated
The 8 hour Evacuation Alert for the Town of Slave Lake has been replaced with a 12 hour Evacuation Alert. This is not an Evacuation Order.
The Town is not in imminent danger however residents should be prepared to evacuate on short notice. Please ensure you have any medications or prescriptions, drinking water, food and fuel in your vehicle. You may want to bring identification, passports,insurance policies and other important documents. Please consider arrangements for your pets should you be required to leave the community.
