Description: Update 3: Due to a wildfire in the County of Northern Lights, a number of areas within the County must still be prepared to evacuate on short notice. Residents returning to the area north of Twin Lakes Campground including Keg River/Carcajou, to the County’s north boundary, are advised that they also should be prepared to evacuate on short notice, should a change in the fire situation occur.

Instruction: Although an evacuation order for County of Northern Lights has ended, the public must be aware that other areas still need to be prepared to evacuate on short notice. Go to the County website regarding wildfire and update information for your area. There are wildfires in the area and the public must keep informed and updated regarding dangers within the County.
