Description: This is an Alberta Emergency Alert. Beaver Emergency Services Commission and Town of Tofield have updated a flood alert.
Overland flooding continues to affect the region with pumping and roadwork ongoing. Roads currently closed are 52st street between 51 and 52 ave and at 55 ave between 47 and 48 street, and 51 st from 46 ave to 51 ave.
Area: In effect for the Town of Tofield and Beaver County from RR 182 to the West County border.

Action to take:
- Everyone in Tofield must continue reducing all non-essential water use
- Avoid dishes, laundry, showering, and other unnecessary water use
- Limit toilet flushing to essential use only
- Motorists are advised to check Alberta 511 for closures and conditions
- Respect crews and signage
