Description: This is an Alberta Emergency Alert. The Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo has updated a Flood Alert.
Water levels on the Clearwater River are fluctuating as river breakup continues and an ice jam makes its way from the Christina River. Low-lying areas in the community of Draper are experiencing overland flooding. The alert will remain in place until water levels recede to an appropriate level.
Area: This alert is in effect for the Community of Draper in the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo.

Action to take:
- Residents in Draper are not required to leave at this time
- However, they should be prepared to evacuate if the situation changes
- Avoid riverbanks and areas where overland flooding is present
