Description: This is an Alberta Emergency Alert. Yellowhead County updated its Wildfire Alert.

The evacuation order is expanded to include 1 mile west of Highway 32 and north to the McLeod River.

Area: The wildfire remains out of control and is pushing towards the northwest.

Affected areas (1):

• Yellowhead County

Action to take:

• Everyone in the new evacuation zone must evacuate
• Gather important documents, medication, pets and supplies to be away for 3 days
• The evacuation route is north on Highway 32 and west on Highway 748
• Evacuees can call 1-833-334-4630
• Call 9-1-1 for emergencies
• The reception centre is Holiday Inn Express in Edson
• Visit yhcounty.ca and Alberta Emergency Alert for updates
