Description: This is an Alberta Emergency Alert. The M D of Lesser Slave River has issued a Wildfire alert.
Wildfire S W F 0 88 is likely moving south towards Marten Beach. If conditions do not improve it could reach residences by 10:30 PM today. The fire will be reassessed at 8 PM, and if it has not been contained, an evacuation will be required.
Area: This alert is in effect for everyone in the M D of Lesser Slave River located in the Hamlet of Marten Beach.

Action to take:
- If you are located in Marten Beach you must prepare for a possible evacuation
- Gather important documents, medication, and enough food and water to be away from home for at least 3 days
- No evacuation is required at this time
