Description: This is an Alberta Emergency Alert. The County of Grande Prairie has issued a Wildfire evacuation alert.
There is a wildfire 7 km west of the Alberta/BC border. Winds are pushing the fire east. The situation is being monitored and if conditions do not improve, an evacuation will be required.
Area: This alert is in effect for everyone located north of Township Road 720 to Township Road 732, east of the BC/Alberta border to Range Road 130.

Action to take:
- If an evacuation order is issued, you will have 30 minutes to evacuate
- Fuel your vehicles and gather pets, important documents, medications, medical devices, and enough food and water to be away from your home for at least 7 days
- No evacuation is required at this time
- This alert will be updated with further instructions as the situation progresses
