Area: This Alert is in effect for Sucker Creek First Nation.

Description: There is a wildfire burning in the proximity of Sucker Creek First Nation. This fire of concern is still west of east prairie road - Highway 749. All community members are on evacuation alert and should be prepared to evacuate with 1-hour notice.

Instruction: Prepare to evacuate. Pack important documents, medication, food, water and supplies for at least three days. Prepare your pets. This alert will be updated if an Evacuation Order is required. All members should follow the direction of Chief and Council and their appointed emergency management team members.
