Description: Update: Due to wildfires in Mackenzie County, there remain areas that must be prepared to evacuate on short notice. The following is a revised area; everyone in the area north and south of the Peace River from Township Rd.1030 north to Township Rd.1110, west of Range Rd. 120 to Highway 35 south and southeast of High Level, and east of Range Rd. 180 must be prepared to evacuate on short notice.

Ensure vehicles are fueled and ready to go, important documents and identification are gathered, and personal items including prescriptions are ready should there be a need to leave quickly. Instruction: Although certain evacuation orders for Mackenzie County have ended, the public must be aware that other areas still need to be prepared to evacuate on short notice. Go to the Mackenzie County Facebook Page regarding wildfire and update information for your area. There are wildfires in the area and the public must keep informed and updated regarding dangers within the County.
