Description: Flood waters are receding in Town. Pumping continues and crews are monitoring the situation. Some road closures will remain in effect while pumping continues.
Sandbags are available for residents at the Sexsmith Public Works building at 10530-95 Ave. The Grande Prairie Regional Emergency Partnership Coordination Centre has been stood down.
Instruction: Residents are advised to keep children away from pumping equipment, hoses and flooded areas. Please obey all road closure signs and follow the directions of local authorities.
