Description: Many roads are still impacted due to the overland flooding. This is leading to local flooding. Call the County office at 780-864-3760 to report any additional roads that are flooded or washed out. For current conditions please visit our website at www.saddlehills.ab.ca or our Facebook page.
The following roads in Saddle Hills County are closed: RR73 South of Hwy 680 to TWP 800 and RR72 north of Hwy 49. The following county roads are signed hazards: RR80 north of Hwy 680 to TWP 803; RR72 to TWP 800; RR72 to RR74 on TWP 800; RR82 from TWP 830 to TWP 832; RR52 from Hwy 677 to TWP 763; TWP 822 from RR121 to RR123; TWP 810 from Hwy 681 to RR114.
Instruction: Be aware of areas known to flood easily such as streams and drainage channels. Avoid driving through low lying areas with water flowing on or over the road. Listen for further updates and follow the instructions that apply to your area. Follow the directions of local authorities.
