Description: Alberta Emergency Alert - Mandatory Evacuation – Waterton Lakes National Park

There is a mandatory evacuation in effect as of 13:15 for Waterton Lakes National Park and the Waterton townsite due to the approaching wildfire.

Residents and visitors evacuating from Waterton Lakes National Park and the Waterton townsite should go to the Reception Centre at the Vertical Church on 1200 Ken Thornton Blvd, Pincher Creek, AB to check-in and for information. Evacuees can check-in in person, by phone at 403-904-0021 or by e-mailing [email protected].
