REFERENDUM ACT (section 1) - Orders that a referendum be held in relation to working with other provincial governments to amend the Canadian Constitution with respect to appointing King’s Bench and Appeal court justices, abolishing the unelected federal Senate, opting out of federal programs that intrude on provincial jurisdiction and giving provincial laws priority over conflicting federal laws.

GAMING, LIQUOR AND CANNABIS ACT (section 9) - Effective May 13, 2026, reappoints Wayne Drysdale as a member of the board of the Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis Commission for a term to expire on May 12, 2028; appoints Jared Foulds as a member of the board of the Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis Commission for a term to expire on March 31, 2027; appoints Joan Crockatt as a member of the board of the Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis Commission for a term to expire on March 31, 2028; appoints Jason Bodnar, to succeed Patti Grier, as a member of the board of the Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis Commission for a term to expire on March 31, 2029.
