On March 3, the Government of Alberta received the RSM addendum report related to Judge Wyant’s original report submission.
Following receipt, the addendum underwent a legal review to ensure it met all applicable requirements. The report was subsequently provided to the Premier’s Office on March 20.
As previously committed to, and in the interest of continued transparency, the government has now publicly released the addendum. Additionally, the addendum and full report have been shared with the Office of the Auditor General for its awareness and review.
With the release of this report, the Independent Inquiry into Procurement Processes, Practices and Outcomes at Alberta Health and Alberta Health Services, led by Judge Wyant, is now complete. The government thanks Judge Wyant for his work in carrying out this independent inquiry on behalf of Albertans.
