HEALTH PROFESSIONS ACT (section 13) - Reappoints Kim Arthur Ewasechko as a public member to the council of the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta for a term to expire on May 11, 2027; reappoints Scott Stevens Garner as a public member to the council of the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta for a further term to expire on February 22, 2028; reappoints Susan Roskey as a public member to the council of the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta for a further term to expire on April 6, 2027; appoints Olayemi Olabiyi and Liza Worthington as public members to the council of the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta, each for a term to expire on July 15, 2028.

FOREIGN OWNERSHIP OF LAND REGULATIONS (section 14) - Orders that the transaction under which a fee simple interest in the lands described in the attached Schedule is acquired by South Bow Canadian Infrastructure Holdings Ltd., or by any existing or future affiliate of South Bow Canadian Infrastructure Holdings Ltd., for the purpose of constructing and operating a rail facility, which may include a loop track, to receive, store and disseminate industrial freight is, subject to the conditions in the Appendix, excluded from the operation of the Foreign Ownership of Land Regulations, except for sections 22 and 25.
