PROCLAMATION - Proclaims section 2(2), (3), (5), to the extent that it enacts sections 33.72 to 33.76 of the Police Act, (7)(c)(i), (9), to the extent that it enacts section 33.95(a) to (l) and (n) of the Police Act, (10)(a), to the extent that it repeals section 61(1)(d.3) to (d.7) of the Police Act, and (11) of the Public Safety and Emergency Services Statutes Amendment Act, 2025 in force on the date of issue of the Proclamation.
