JOINT GOVERNANCE OF PUBLIC SECTOR PENSION PLANS ACT (schedule 2, sections 20 and 22) - Reappoints Ross Prokopy, employer organization nominee, nominated by the Minister responsible for the Joint Governance of Public Sector Pension Plans Act, as a member of the board of directors of the PSPP Corporation for a term to expire on February 4, 2028; appoints Matthew Byrne, employee organization nominee, nominated by The Alberta Union of Provincial Employees, to succeed Jan Goodwin, as a member of the board of directors of the PSPP Corporation for a term to expire on February 4, 2028.

SECURITIES ACT (sections 11 and 13) - Effective April 1, 2025, reappoints Matthew Bootle, Gail Harding and Bryce Tingle as members of the Alberta Securities Commission, each for a term to expire on March 31, 2028, and redesignates Raymond Crossley as the lead independent member of the Alberta Securities Commission for a term to expire on March 31, 2026.

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY ACT (section 63); WORKERS’ COMPENSATION ACT (section 99) - Prescribes the amount of $48 480 000 to be paid to the Crown under agreement by The Workers’ Compensation Board for the purpose of defraying part of the Crown’s costs during the fiscal year 2024-2025 of administering the Occupational Health and Safety Act.

MARKETING OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS ACT (section 3) - Effective March 21, 2025, designates John Buckley as chair of the Alberta Agricultural Products Marketing Council; effective March 21, 2025, designates Henricus Bos as vice-chair of the Alberta Agricultural Products Marketing Council; effective June 15, 2025, reappoints Henricus Bos, John Buckley and John Guelly as members of the Alberta Agricultural Products Marketing Council, each for a term to expire on June 14, 2028; effective March 21, 2025, appoints Dr. Ian Chitwood, David Moss and Susan Schafers as members of the Alberta Agricultural Products Marketing Council, each for a term to expire on March 20, 2028.
