FOREIGN OWNERSHIP OF LAND REGULATIONS (section 14) - Orders that any transaction in which VICI Properties Inc., VICI CAN GP 4 ULC, United Horsemen of Alberta Inc. or any existing or future affiliate of VICI Properties Inc., VICI CAN GP 4 ULC or United Horsemen of Alberta Inc. acquires a fee simple interest in certain lands, and any transaction in which a leasehold interest in those lands is acquired by United Horsemen of Alberta Inc. or any existing or future affiliate of United Horsemen of Alberta Inc. are, for the purpose of continued operation of racetrack and casino facilities, excluded from the operation of the Foreign Ownership of Land Regulations, except for sections 22 and 25.

FOREIGN OWNERSHIP OF LAND REGULATIONS (ALBERTA) (section 14); FOREIGN OWNERSHIP OF LAND REGULATIONS (CANADA) (section 14) - Orders that any transaction in which a sub-leasehold interest in certain lands is acquired by VICI Properties Inc., VICI CAN GP 3 ULC, or any existing or future affiliate of VICI Properties Inc. or VICI CAN GP 3 ULC, and any transaction in which a sub sub-leasehold interest in those lands is acquired by Century Mile Inc. or any existing or future affiliate of Century Mile Inc. are, for the purpose of continued operation of racetrack and casino facilities, excluded from the operation of the Foreign Ownership of Land Regulations (Alberta) and the Foreign Ownership of Land Regulations (Canada), except for sections 22 and 25 of those regulations.
