The westbound bridge on the North Saskatchewan River will be closed:
- from 8 p.m. Friday, June 9 until 6 a.m. Monday, June 12
- from 8 p.m. Friday, June 16 to 6 a.m. Monday, June 19
Traffic will be routed to the eastbound bridge for two-way traffic.
This work is in preparation to add an extra lane to both the westbound and eastbound bridges.
Additional information
- Motorists are encouraged to use Whitemud Drive as an alternate route.
- Speed limits will be reduced to 60 km/hr at the bridge.
- Oversized and overweight loads will not be permitted during these closures.
