While attending the National Governors Association, Premier Jason Kenney and Governor Mike Dunleavy signed the MOU, which renews a commitment to cooperation in areas such as energy and investment.

The agreement will also create opportunities for collaboration on economic recovery and development of key sectors including tourism, agriculture and agri-food, logistics and transportation of goods.

The MOU supports the work of the Alaska-Alberta Bilateral Council to engage in areas of mutal interest.
