Overview
Psychedelic drug treatment service providers must be licensed under the Mental Health Services Protection Act and Regulation and comply with mandatory quality and safety standards set out in the Psychedelic Drug Treatment Services Standards.
Service providers are required to post their licence in a visible location at each facility where the service is provided, and on their website, if applicable. If you think a service provider may be operating without a licence, contact Compliance and Monitoring.
