The Historic Morleyville site will open at 1pm, with program to start at 1:30 followed by a Round Dance and Feast. Description: On Tuesday, September 30, we are proud to support the grassroots group, Every Child Matters Mînî Thnî and Cochrane that organizes a Truth and Reconciliation Day Walk from our site at Historic Morleyville to Mînî Thnî (Morley) by hosting a Blessing and Breakfast prior to the Walk. The walk is typically attended by around 100 people from both Indigenous and non-Indigenous communities, offering an opportunity to build relationships and understanding between the groups. All are welcome!

Description: Are you interested in learning something about Ukrainian Faith and Culture? Tour the St. Josaphat Ukrainian Catholic Cathedral (a historic site) and visit the Ukrainian Museum housed in the cathedral. Also, participate in a surprise Ukrainian craft activity!

Description: In Edmonton, we will be presenting a live performance showcasing the talents of the Jubilee resident companies and various cultural performers across Edmonton. Performers include the Ukrainian Shumka Dancers, Dancing Cree, Punjabi Folk Dance Academy, Kita no Taiko, Edmonton Opera, The BrassTactics and Melafrique! Description: Opus@12 begins its 14th season of chamber music at La Cité Francophone, in the heart of the city's French Quarter. We will be presenting a number of chamber ensembles during the noon hour in the beautiful open space of the rotunda. The concert will be informal, so you can bring a friend and a lunch. Description: To celebrate our upcoming production of The Wizard of Oz, playing this March in the Shoctor Theatre, we are hosting a Wizard of Oz Family Film Festival! Enjoy free screenings of film adaptations featuring Dorothy and her friends as they take a peek behind the curtain. Screenings take place in Zeidler Hall with general admission seating, so come early to grab a snack (popcorn!) and a great spot. Film run times and age ratings are listed below. Feeling like a trip to the Land of Oz is in order? Come in costume or an Oz-inspired ’fit – whether ruby slippers, emerald sparkles, a scarecrow hat, or your own creative twist on the Yellow Brick Road! Return to Oz Venue: Zeidler Hall Run Time: 1 hour 53 minutes Age Rating: 10+ (Contains darker themes that younger children may find frightening) Dorothy discovers she is back in the land of Oz, and finds the yellow brick road is now a pile of rubble, and the Emerald City is in ruins. Discovering that the magical land is now under the control of an evil empire, she sets off to rescue the Scarecrow, the Tin Man and the Lion with the help of her new friends.
