How it works
To be eligible for an Alberta Aids to Daily Living (AADL) benefit, you must be assessed by an AADL approved health care professional. Once you have been assessed and if you are eligible to receive a benefit or product, the authorizer will approve funding for the products you need.
A client must purchase their medical equipment or supplies from an approved AADL vendor. Clients can choose any AADL approved vendor and can change vendors at any time.
Use this tool to search for vendors, the AADL approved products they provide, as well as location and contact information.
Search Tips
AADL vendors are not available in every city or town in Alberta.
If your search returns no results, it may mean there are no active vendors in that area. You can try the following.
- Adjust your search criteria and try again.
- Select a product from the drop-down list to see where related vendors are located.
- Use the keyword search feature for more options.
