PROVINCIAL JUDGES AND APPLICATIONS JUDGES 2021 COMPENSATION COMMISSION REGULATION (section 5.8) - Makes the Provincial Judges and Applications Judges Compensation Order.

LABOUR RELATIONS CODE (section 8) - Appoints M.J. (Pemme) Cunliffe as a member and designates her as a vice-chair of the Labour Relations Board for a term to expire on February 15, 2027; effective March 15, 2024, appoints Karen Scott as a member and designates her as a vice-chair of the Labour Relations Board for a term to expire on March 14, 2027; effective April 8, 2024, appoints Wassila Semaine as a member and designates her as a vice-chair of the Labour Relations Board for a term to expire on April 7, 2029.

FOREIGN OWNERSHIP OF LAND REGULATIONS (section 14) - Orders that the transaction under which a fee simple interest in certain lands is acquired by Millar Western Forest Products Ltd. for the purpose of operating the pulp mill and related infrastructure established and currently operating as Slave Lake Pulp is excluded from the operation of the Foreign Ownership of Land Regulations, except for sections 22 and 25.

POST-SECONDARY LEARNING ACT (sections 44 and 56) - Appoints Jason Forbes, Dennis Landis and Ken Wittig as members of The Board of Governors of Northwestern Polytechnic, each for a term to expire on February 15, 2027.

GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATION ACT (sections 16, 17 and 18) - Makes the Designation and Transfer of Responsibility Amendment Regulation.
