On June 15, 2020, pursuant to Sec. 46.1 of the Police Act, ASIRT was directed to investigate allegations of assault against two Leduc RCMP officers. ASIRT’s investigation is now complete.

On July 14, 2020, pursuant to Sec. 46.1 of the Police Act, ASIRT was directed to investigate a fatal motor vehicle collision following a pursuit by Edmonton Police Service officers. ASIRT’s investigation is now complete.
