Minister Glubish was invited by the Danish Embassy to see first-hand how Denmark’s approach to managing health-care data improves outcomes for its citizens. He will learn about practical applications of data to inform research, support innovative technologies and usher in new opportunities to improve the delivery of essential services to Albertans.

“One of my passion projects has been to modernize the way we use, store and manage data so we can produce better services and outcomes for Albertans, including within health care. Denmark’s invitation gives us the opportunity to learn about their successes and bring home opportunities with the potential to improve health outcomes for Albertans while also improving efficiency of the health-care system and making the most of Albertans’ tax dollars.”
