At 4:31 p.m. MDT, a severe thunderstorm is located about 20 km west of Stavely. This severe thunderstorm is moving east at 35 km/h. Damaging wind gusts, loonie to ping pong ball size hail and heavy rain are possible. Locations and nearby areas that could be impacted include: Willow Creek Provincial Park, Stavely, Claresholm

Heavy rain may cause flash flooding and significant reductions to visibility. Driving conditions will likely be difficult. Severe thunderstorm warnings are issued when imminent or occurring thunderstorms are expected to produce damaging hail, wind or rain.
