Description: This is an Alberta Emergency Alert. Alberta Health Services has updated its Boil Water Advisory for portions of Calgary.

A water main break resulted in depressurization and potential water quality impacts. Water quality testing is ongoing. The Boil Water Advisory remains in effect. This will be the final Alberta Emergency Alert related to this Boil Water Advisory. Ongoing updates will be provided through the Calgary website at https://www.calgary.ca/emergencies/feeder-main-repair/bearspaw-water-main-break.html

Area: The Boil Water Advisory remains in effect for parts of Montgomery, Parkdale, Point McKay and West Hillhurst.

Action to take:

• Impacted residents are advised to bring water to a rolling boil for at least one minute prior to using it for drinking, making infant formula and juices, brushing teeth, washing raw food, and making ice
