Description: The Town of Crossfield has issued a boil water advisory.

The Town of Crossfield advises that the Boil Water Advisory remains in effect. Results from water quality testing by Alberta Health Services are still pending, and the Town anticipates we will be able to provide further direction on the advisory by Saturday evening.

Area: Areas within Crossfield town boundaries.

Action to take:

• Until further notice, all residents and businesses are advised to bring your water to a rolling boil for at least one minute prior to using it for domestic purposes, including but not limited to, drinking, making infant formula and juices, brushing teeth, washing raw foods and making ice
• This advisory is being issued as a precautionary measure until further notice
• Updates will continue to be provided on the Town’s Facebook page and website
