Description: Tornado warning in effect

At 3:53 p.m. Mountain Daylight Time Thursday, Environment Canada has updated a tornado warning for Southeastern Alberta. Extra care and attention should be exercised. The following localities are included in the warning: Hanna, Spondin, Youngstown, Sedalia, Oyen and Sibbald. Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a severe thunderstorm that is possibly producing a tornado. Damaging winds, large hail and locally intense rainfall are also possible.

Area: S.A. 2 near Hanna and Richdale

  • Hanna
  • Special Area No. 3
  • Youngstown
