Description: Saddle Hills County has issued a wildfire alert for the White Mountain area.

The fire is out of control and moving east towards the White Mountain tower area.

Area: There is an out of control wildfire burning approximately 12 km south of Hwy 49 and 10 km west of the White Mountain forestry tower.

Affected areas (1):

Action to take:

Anyone travelling on industry roads, or located downwind of the fire in Township 77 of 10, Township 77 of 9, or Township 77 of 8 should prepare to evacuate if required
