Description: This is an Alberta Emergency Alert. The MD of Greenview has updated the Evacuation Order due to Wildfire.
Fires are still burning in this area.
Area: The Evacuation Order remains in effect for areas south along Highway 43 to Highway 947, including Townships to the west and southwest. Residents along Highway 43 between TWP RD 670 and TWP RD 650 including the Hamlet of Little Smoky as well as the Town of Fox Creek can return home.

- Fox Creek
- Greenview No. 16
Action to take:
- Everyone from the identified Evacuation Order area must remain evacuated (see attached map)
- Residents previously included in the Evacuation Order, but not listed above must stay prepared to evacuate again on short notice, if the situation deteriorates
- Heavy smoke remains in the area
- It is not recommended that you return yet if you have respiratory issues
- Air quality has been impacted by the wildfires
