Description: This is an Alberta Emergency Alert. The Town of Fox Creek has lifted the Evacuation Order due to Wildfire.

Residents are now allowed to return to the community. The mandatory evacuation order for the Town of Fox Creek has been removed and now changed to a 4 hour evacuation alert. There continues to be 2 active wildfires burning in the area, you must remain prepared to evacuate on short notice.

Area: The Evacuation Order is no longer in effect for the Town of Fox Creek.

  • Fox Creek

Action to take:

  • When arriving back to the community, please follow all directions given by law enforcement, town representatives and any signage that may be posted
  • We look forward to having you home
  • Heavy smoke remains in the area
  • It is not recommended that you return yet if you have respiratory issues
  • Air quality has been impacted by the wildfires
