Area: This alert is in effect for everyone from Range Road 41 east to Range Road 35 and from Township Road 494 north to Township Road 495. The effected area is approximately 4 miles north and 5 miles west of the Village of Warburg in Leduc County.
Description: There is a wildfire on Range Road 40 north of Township Road 494. Southeast winds are pushing the fire towards a group of homes in the area.
Instruction: Everyone in the area must evacuate immediately. Take your pets, important documents and enough medication, food and water to be away from your home for 3 days. Once you have evacuated to a safe location, phone 780-955-4546 to register with the County. If you need help evacuating call 780-955-4546. An update will be shared when available.
