Alberta Emergency Alert - Water Quality Alert

Area: Bow Island

Description: A water break in the Town of Bow Island near the water treatment plant main line has resulted in the disruption of water service for the Town. Once the repair is complete, water will be turned back on, however water may be unsafe to drink or use. Water line flushing will commence and last for an undetermined amount of time. A boil water advisory is issued until further notice.

Stay tuned to local media and the Town of Bow Island app and website for information or updates.

Instruction: Do not consume. Drink bottled water only. Boil water, bring water to a rapid rolling boil for 1 minute prior to use. Take all necessary precautions. Follow the directions of local authorities.
