Description: At 3:00 PM, a tornado was spotted near Alliance moving northeast at 15 km/h. This thunderstorm is still capable of producing a tornado. At 3:00 PM, a second rotating thunderstorm is located south of Alliance that could produce a tornado. Communities in the path include: Alliance

Instruction: Seek shelter immediately in a basement or reinforced structure. Get low and put as many walls between yourself and the storm as possible. Stay away from windows, doors and outside walls. If you are on the highway and cannot avoid the tornado, seek shelter in a ditch or ravine.
