Description: Large volumes of fuel have spilled from a tank on private land on Range Road 32 and Township 615A, east of Neerlandia in the County of Barrhead. Fuel has spilled into the County drainage and entered Shoal Creek. Alberta Environment & Parks are working to contain the spill. Water quality down stream of Shoal Creek might also be impacted. Ground Well Water in the area may be impacted.

Instruction: Keep out of the water in all drainage ditches, and Shoal Creek, this includes livestock and pets. Landowners between the spill site and Shoal Creek in the County of Barrhead have been notified. Further updates will be provided through the County website at www.countybarrhead.ab.ca as they become available.
