Wildfire Alert -- Ghost Lake Area Updated

Area: Rocky View #44

Description: There is a grass fire in the Ghost Lake area near the Wildcat Hills gas plant (Highway 1A and Range Road 54). Highway 1A is closed in both directions due to smoke. Rocky View County crews are on scene and area residents are asked to be prepared to evacuate on short notice. Please follow the instructions of crews on scene and avoid the area.

Instruction: Prepare for possible evacuation. Avoid the area. Visibility will be affected.
