Description: Alberta Emergency Alert - Wildfire Alert Updated

The wildfire burning north of Banff National Park near Blackrock mountain has grown to approximately 120 hectares. The fire continues to increase in size but is moving towards the north and up the mountain slope. Firefighters, helicopters and airtankers continue to work to extinguish the fire. No persons or properties are at risk at this time.

• Take all necessary precautions
• People are advised to stay away from the operational area
